Project Jeevan Setu - A Bridge to Better Health and Wellbeing is a collaborative initiative of ISDRR and Envision Energy India focused on strengthening health, nutrition, sanitation, and hygiene outcomes for vulnerable communities in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Through community-led action and capacity building of local systems, the project promotes quality service delivery and long-term community resilience.

About the Project

Project Jeevan Setu was launched on 20 July 2025 at the Mahal Premises in Village - Amjhera, District - Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, by Mrs. Savitriji Thakur, Hon’ble Union Minister of State, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

Jeevan Setu is envisioned as a grassroots movement to promote health, nutrition, sanitation and hygiene among rural communities, with a special focus on women, children, and adolescents. The project seeks to guide communities towards healthier lives by combining information dissemination, access to essential services, and behaviour change communication.

Through Project Jeevan Setu, ISDRR and Envision Energy India aim to create a sustainable, scalable model of rural health and wellbeing, strengthening systems, empowering communities, and ensuring that no one is left behind.
