Institute for Sustainable Development, Research and Reforms (ISDRR) follows a strict policy regarding refunds to ensure transparency and responsible utilisation of funds. Donations and voluntary contributions made to support the ISDRR’s development initiatives are non-refundable. These funds are allocated toward approved charitable and programmatic activities and are treated as final once received.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions and technical errors. In such instances, the contributor must notify ISDRR within seven (7) days of the transaction and provide appropriate proof of payment for verification. Upon confirmation, the excess amount will be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment. ISDRR shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, or payment gateway service providers.
